Managed to get out and fish for a couple hours after work yesterday evening. My girlfriend, my daughter and I set out to fish a small lake and I was planning on trolling some crankbaits to both cover a lot of water, and hopefully turn up more fish. Caught a few small northerns and had another couple on that we lost. We did get this 28 inch walleye in 12 feet of water trolling an inside turn before the night was done. Hollie reeled it in with a little of dads help. Although she wanted to keep it pretty bad, this walleye was released to be caught by another little girl someday.
