I have a guy interested in morels for $30 + shipping per lb. I have never done anything like this before and am leary of it. I told him I would ship 1 lb packages for that price after receipt to my paypal account. This way I can only get burned for one pound. Has anyone here dealt like this before?? Can they somehow stop payment in paypal for any reason??
I have a buddy who pays that for dried morels per ounce! from out west comming out of burn sites. They are black. If you look at a google search you will see that there’s a ton of shipping and buyers and sellers.
I have never had issues with paypal but I know some people on here have been burned by it. I guess I look at the risk vs. reward. If somebody goes to the effort to screw you out of 30 bucks…hopefully karma strikes them. I would go for it!
Jim try some of the upscare restaurants in your area, the restaurants here buy them and also the grocery stores.
Make him send you a money order. I’ve sold stuff before and guys wanted to pay paypals. He must not want them very bad.
