    Lower end of P14 are open. Princeton, leclaire, marina ramps. No docks on most of the ramps but you should be able to launch if you have a helper.

    Lots of boats buzzing around lower 14, 15, and upper 16 yesterday. Mostly smelly cat fishermen I think.

    Don’t know if they caught anything or not, I don’t take the boat out when the river is high. I fish from the bank and catch plenty away from the main channel.

    if you switch it up a bit, i found the bass and crappies are really giving it a go in the backwaters.
