    Just talked to a co-worker who has a place up there and he said the bay/harbor at his campground/resort is open but the rest of the lake is locked up tight.

    Fished Agency Narrows on Saturday, there was 8 to 12 inches of ice.
    Fished Sunday morning right in front of Walker City Park about the same for ice

    the boat harbor at the City Park boat ramp was open water on Saturday; but on Sunday morning, half of the harbor had a new layer of skim ice on it

    there were boats launcshing at the public access just north of the Kabakona/WalkerBay bridge (just north of Walker)
    there was open water from that boat ramp all the way out to the end of Sandy Point

    Also
    Of course the channel between Federal Dam and the main lake is open
    heard reports Sunday that boaters were catching ‘eyes which had moved into the channel

    Lots of warm weather this week
    Probably lots of open water by the weekend
    especially in the shallower eastern two thirds of the lake
    might still be some ice out over the deeper parts of Walker Bay

    Portage Bay….at least from Five Mile to Federal and
    from Grassy to Two Points was ice free as of 5:00 PM today;
    Tuesday.
    Headed up in a couple of hours.
