Pig Roaster in Jordan/New Prague area?

    Hey Guys,
    My youngest son is celebrating his 40th with a pig roast the weekend of May 18th. I am in charge of a pig roaster for said pig. I have one right here in the UP of Michigan but would just as soon not have to haul it 400 miles. Rather trailer my boat for about a 5 day stay. Anyone know a good spot in the South metro to rent a pig roaster? Thanks for the help.

    Total rental in shakopee. $150.00 plus 50.00 deposit.

    a Hog Roast is the best!
    I am waiting for my dad to give me the number to the guy we use. his name is Ben… Ben the Pig Cooker… I will PM the # when I get it, My Aunt has a hog farm out in new prague (union hill) she is with the Pork Producers Assoc. I have a call out to her also.

    I would try prior lake rental in prior lake. Not far from new Prague.

    There is a pig farm in Hugo, buy the pig and roaster is rented for free. Maybe to far out of way, price may make it worth the drive?
