Oil dumped

I live in Burnsville. As I drove out of my cul de secSunday morning I noticed some suspicious junk piled on the storm drain at the end of the street. Figuring it might be bad, I checked to find that some dirty bas^&#d had dumped a gallon of used motor oil, left his filter and dumped whatever was left of a five gallon bucket of left over paint down the drain – and into the MN and Mississippi River! I cleaned up and properly disposed of what was topside but with all that rain. . . Geeeeze I’m !

thanks for trying to clean up what was left. It is beyond understanding what some people are capable of and their trying to ruin our environment. it does not take much when you’re talking paint and oil. Jack. also–
