probably not gonna hear a whole lot since the lpo and mwc is this weekend. I can say after 4 days down there that if you work you will get fish. There not jumping in the boat but there certainly not fasting either……cant catch em on the couch right get out and get em

Dubuque Rig is likely the best set up for putting fish in the boat right now reports are saying.

Using a Current Cutter style jig on the bottom with a plastic of your choice or a minnow, then either a plain hook and minnow or hook and plastic or even a floating rap should do the trick.

Mix it up and move to what’s working best for your boat.

Stay close to the current seams.

Remember, this advise is coming from a guy that only wets a line for catfish.

    Good Luck this weekend!

You have about 2000 of them…how about taking a picture of one?

Like I would have a jig in that small of size. Funny!

The larger of the tournament scene is the new NWT (Taking over for the FLW) and that too is taking place this week out of Red Wing. Going to be busy, but certainly doable.

    Good luck

Yes Coville is going to be a mess for launching.

The tourney guys are all out after the largest, ugliest walleye they can find. Anglers looking for dinner will only be bothered by the small wakes these boats make going by at 50+ mph.

I’m headed down with the boat tonight to see if it floats for the 70 degrees coming this weekend!
