    Unfortunately these two guys circled are not the terrorists,
    Just bystandards. They saw that they were circled in the news report and went to the police right away.

    The left circle is the 8 year old boy who was murdered. The circle on the right is his killer just before leaving the bomb.

    I know the Boston PD killed one. I though I just saw an update that the guy in the white hat was left. Either way this picture makes my heart feel like a concrete block.

    Yep, my bad. I had the wrong circled photo of two suspects ( they were circled in red and one had a white baseball cap )
