Just purchased elite 5dsi and my old chip don’t work since they made them a micro sd, don’t that suck. Mostly fishing the Miss, and a few lakes or two. What would be the best chip out there? fish from redwing MN down to Bellevue IA. Want wing dams and contours. Planning on mounting both ducer’s on same board on back any issues with interference? Is it possible to transfer waypoint from on model to the other since they are different cards. Thanks a lot. How are your units working for you. If there any tips or good reads for setup I would appreciate it I know my 522c quite well. hopefully this one too. Eric

Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance, but you should check out the Lowrance thread under “Toys for Big Boys.”

There may be some useful info in there

I would recommend a Lowrance Lake Insight Pro 2013 for that unit, Navionics will work also but any lakemaster chip made after 2012 will NOT work in those units. All new cards come Micro SD with an adaptor.
