I don’t get into sapping emotional pics and cutesy stuff often, but this one has a little history.
One of my Dad’s dogs came trotting up from my woods with a ball of fur in its mouth and acting weird. Thinking something was lodged in his mouth, I was a little more than concerned. Well, as it would play out, Chester had this tiny little feral kitten in his mouth and set it at my feet. My dad took it in and it has been about best of friends with my Dad’s two retrievers. Still has a lot of trust to stick its head back into Chester’s mouth.

Look at the breed, one of the most gentle we could ever ask for. Had it not been for the long hair I’d had one in a heartbeat. A total winner in my book jerr
