I just bought a 1880 skeeter and I was wondering what would be the best anchor to use on LOW or Red lake? Thanks for the opinions

I have had several types…richter, bell, navy…best for any water is the water spike. Comes loose easily and can be taken apart.

For LOW or Rainy I would say the water spike would be your best bet. For p4 and anchoring around other boats where you do not have the room to let out a lot of rope go with the richter.

I agree, the water spike is the best all around anchor.

I fish Red lake a lot and the Digger Anchor has always worked great for me, especially when the wind comes up. I have an 1850 Sportfish and the Digger Anchor holds it well
