Seeing past posts… I know there are quite a few fans of the show Swamp People. I just got home from Shreveport Louisiana. First night there… we ate at a place called Raplh and Kacoo’s. Great food! Had the blackend Alligator bites which were awesome. They had a gift shop there with tons of stuff… including alligator heads, necklaces, etc with teeth.. including a stand with Liz’s picture. Come to find out later… they were teeth from Liz’s catches. Hindsight… I might have picked up some souvieners had I known that. I figured it was a gimmick but found out later I was wrong.
ON a side note… hit the Farmer’s Seafood store and brought home about 6 pounds of Alligator meat. Grillin it up cajun style this weekend!
