    I had a piece of equipment break and i called service to see what it took to send it in and get it repaired. I am truly sorry I didnt get the gentlemans name i told him the problem told him i knew it was out of warranty.
    without hesitation he said he would get one out asap. 2 days it was at my door. You just cant find that kind of service . Thank You

    Normally you just get that kind of response when you have a name accountable. In this case, just good customer service!

    I believe his name was Jeff. I just hope others recieve good service from their other venders Jim
