Sharon I agree with you on remembering the different names, It must be a guy thing. A wally diver is the same as minnow diver when I look at it.
I like the red hooks(more catches with it), braided lines, live baits and as far as poles ..whatever is on special(supercheap). I like casting casting if it’s not a snaggy area but find catfishing more relaxing.

I can’t think of anything you could post that would be “silly” and if it is it would be adorable.
These people on IDO have been a blessing and from whom I’ve met or messaged it’s nothing but good ol’ genuine humans that share the same exact love for fishing as us.
I think from my perspective on IDO is that the more you want to learn or put yourself out there. Guaranteed someone probably many will race at the chance to make you comfortable and keep you engaged.
When I see women fishing I get goose bumps. It’s hot. Daring to ask this also. I never did but wanted to.
