I respectfully disagree. Show me the statistics about how many Americans refuse to do certain jobs that is forcing workers to come to the US illegally.
This whole conversation resolves around the fact that millions of people are living in our country in violation of our laws. It is a burden on our education system, health system, and society in general.
When did it become the norm to just ignore the laws of our country ? There is a valid reason that we have immigration laws, and that is to prevent the situation we are in right now where too many create an economic problem for the states and our country in general.
If people do not like our immigration laws, then strike them down. It is not the role of judges, or any other politician for that matter to make decisions on what they think is right and just decide not to enforce them.
It erodes respect for all our laws.
