tenting

    going to redwing this week end, any info on where I can pitch a tent?

    I see lots of tents on the point of land that seperates the lock side of the dam from the roller gate side. Much of the land north of Red wing to the dam is posted or insuitable for tenting (no beach – all woods, etc.) but I do believe this spot I listed is well used.

    Check with Bob or Margi at Island campground across river from Redwing. JLK It’s by the Harbour bar!
