With any luck I’ll have a cup of coffee and a donut for breakfast, a Butterfinger and three bottles of water throughout the day while fishing. Maybe a piece of lasagna and a beer for supper.

    Homemade?

My grandma made then from scratch by the pickle bucket full.
Man, I miss her, her perogies and the way she always told you what was on her mind.

After cooking five cases of Corn Beef and three cases of cabbage at work, 313 orders to be specific.
I got my fill to say the least.
I will bring my FW some home though.

I plan on making a Cajun Chicken Alfredo Penne.

Dad made corn beef, mashed potatoes, baby reds, and we had scones, brown bread, iowa sweet corn plus some Irish ale and a pistachio cake.

Whiskey gingers are tasting really good right now….

Hope you had a good one also!
