Best Free Photo Software?

    Hey Guys, What’s the best photo software a guy can download free? I need to be able to reduce the size of my photos to be able to post them here on IDA and the software that came with the camera does not seem to do the trick. The Camera is a Kodak CX 6330 (Easy Share). Any ideas?

    I would also be willing to bet that your PC already has a software on it to do this. it is called “paint”. if you click on “start” and then on “run”. type in mspaint. If you open your photos inside of this you can shrink the file size. click on “Image” and then “stretch/skew”.

    Another way to do this is find the place you saved your picture and use your mouse to right click on the file. after you right click the picture and the a menu popsup click on “edit” and it will open paint for you with the picture ready to be edited.
