Re-think that. If this package is going 300 miles out of its way, its taking room in the truck that could be filled with a package that needs to go that 300 miles in the correct direction. Now that package that ships on the next truck is taking space where another package could go. Now I’m sure this isnt the first package that goes west to go east, so if you have enough of them going the wrong way you will have a truck load. A wasted truck load. At the price of fuel, a semi going 300 miles in the wrong direction is a big loss. A loss we have to pay for with increased prices.
That probably made no sense at all, I cant seem put what I’m thinking into the correct words. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.. which is every wasted space on the trucks cost them money.
