    Has anyone ever used one antenna and a signal splitter? Good, Not so Good or never again?

    The length is critical. I had an expert at a cb shop cut an antenna. No signal splitter required, just a gang plug.

    i bought a splitter and it easy to install and works great..1 antennia the only way to fly.. i use the 4 ft shakespear

    i do not look to recieve ship to shore from 10 miles away

    That is what I was thinking, meaning ship to shore. I guess I could always remove the splitter if I need more distance.
