Chrome stripping in the metro area?

    Anyone here know of a place that can strip chrome? I have a batch of chrome motorcycle rims that I’m looking to strip then powder coat afterwards. Sandblasting never seems to do the trick and my normal chrome shop doesn’t actually strip old chrome.

    My uncle has a thing you put stuff in to blast it. Has gloves that go in…. Use that or try?

    Ps. Your title made me giggle. Take the chrome away and I could give you a list if fine places….

    Our shop uses a place called Hard Crome. 612-788-9425 ask for Dale.
