I am headed over to Skeeter boat center tomorrow to chat w/them about ordering some new stuff. Have decided on the #80 i-link and an h-bird 1198, not sure what to put on the bow yet. Does the 1198si have down image too or is the si & di two completely different models?? Thinking I would use the down image more but for that much money I want both. Would love to hear a simple explanation before I go there and sound like an idiot asking this.
1198 is DI,SI 2D and gps. I love my unit. I paired it with the 998csi, wish mine was the HD that came out this year after I bought mine this spring.

The 110one series has always been hd the 800 and 900 are now hd also.

Wish I had the resistance to hold out just a weeeee bit longer than I did.
With that said, I’m not disappointed when I pulled the trigger and I’m very happy with what I have!
you will need an ethernet switch and some cables it you want to controll Ipilot link from your bow and console unit. I link comes with one cable.
