I am of the understanding that Artistic does pretty good work and is probably closer. I just wanted to throw out a couple of names from WI that do supreme work!!!

I would argue Matt does “supreme” work as well. He has done 15 fish for us so far. I am not sure if he still does but I know he was contracted with Cabelas to do their fish for some time.

    Isn’t that what I said…

Sorry Mark. I just read “pretty good”. My brain is slow today.

You do know you can eat venison, elk and rabbits (rabbits don’t even have antlers… well except for the elusive jackalope)

To think pulling big fish in, snapping pics and taking girth and length measurements and then releasing, that you never “kill” one, I think you may be kidding yourself

That Stag I shot in New Zealand was harvested strictly for the antlers. The meat was “undesirable” and thrown in a ditch. When in Rome ya know.

Every big fish released at least has a chance. Ever animal shot or throw in the live/ice well is 100% dead.

Every animal I shoot or throw in the livewell, ends up on my dinner plate too (and some the wall to enjoy for years) I can’t say I have ever went after an animal, without the intention of truely “harvesting” all of it… not just for antlers. I would probably give that up too, as I wouldn’t consider it hunting as I was brought up to know it.

Yeah, it bothered me pretty bad. But they have such an over abundance of Stag over there they only take the best meat from the choicest animals.

I have a pike and a muskie…both done by Fittante. He did an excellent job and was delivered when he said it would be. You really need to see his work in person to really appreciate it.
