We now have over 10 hours of daylight again. This morning the sun is shining bright and it just has a feel of spring being on the way! All the spring sports shows have started.

Twins pitchers & catchers report next week!

But it sounds like mother nature is sending snow our way soon.

I’m saddened by the lack of winter this year. Much like years past. I truly love winter.

Two robins flew by the house yesterday, and I have a dandelion in the back yard.

I was up North of Grand Rapids (Marcell) this week and the snow was beautiful. Fresh white snow on the Pines and ditches, it really was pretty. From the sound of it they might get another blast this weekend some time. Maybe you need to take the sleds up there?

Its ok, the weather pattern is changing. We were about a +5 departure from normal temp wise in Dec, +1 in January and so far -8 for February.

Last year we were a good +6-8 above normal for those months.

We finally have it everywhere and are able to sled out of our cabin this weekend. The sad part is this should have started in Dec or Jan. Not much time left now.

And to think, he wants (or wanted) to go fishing with me. That definitely would need to be live stream. Grumpier Old Men 3.

You both show up at the Expo tomorrow afternoon and I’ll buy us a beer. I’m pretty sure that between the three of us we can solve the worlds problems in just a couple of hours.

When you going again? I’ll have to get back to you in the morning. The GF has a nasty flu. Not sure she’d appreciate me leaving her home with the dogs. Then again, she might insist.

I thought I was going to be late to work it was so bright when I stepped outside at 7 AM. I checked my watch and realized it was just much brighter than I’ve seen for a couple months!

It won’t be for quite a few months, but it is pretty cool how we’ll be getting ready for work and then out of dead silence our resident cardinal will start singing.

Its also pretty cool in the morning heading out onto a lake when all the robins are singing.

Damn, I am showing signs of cabin fever.
