Great customer service from Frabill

    I broke the latch that closes a Frabill bait station a while back. I took a shot and called Frabill customer service today and asked if they had the latch. They did and are sending one out to me at no charge. Thanks Frabill.

    I had an issue with a Frabill pop up fish house that was about nine months out of warranty. I sent them an email summarizing the problem with a couple of pictures and a receipt. To my suprise they sent me a new fish house! That makes me a Frabill fan for life. Love their titanium spring bobbers as well (although spendy)!

    I had the lid on my kool keeper freeze up and break. Called customer service and they sent me a new lid… No questions asked. I received it in the mail a few days later at NO cost.

    Had the exact same experience with a hub style Frabill. They have customer service down pat.
