    I FOUND IT

    river dans walleye dip

    2lbs of walleye
    1/4 cup seasalt
    1tablespoon garlic powder
    2 habanero peppers-diced
    virgin olive oil
    relish
    olive oil mayonaise
    6 cups water
    2 tablespoons crushed red peppers

    put 6 cups of water in a pot and add 1/4 cup seasalt, add fish and bring to a rolling boil for 4 minuites
    strain out water
    mix fish up in a bowl till they are flaked apart
    put olive oil in the bottom of a frying pan and slowly saute fish, red pepper, garlic powder over medium heat until lightly browned. let cool
    add mayo relish habenaro peppers-stir and enjoy

    Oh that sounds good! Has anyone ever tried it with other fish?

    Might have to try for eyes every now and again and just cal it ‘dip fishing’

    Sounds amazing! Maybe a dumb question but what do you dip in it? I certainly could think of a few but see what you experts on this partilar dish prefer.

    It really should be called a spread. Saltine crackers is the norm.

    Or Rits or Club…pretty much any type of Cracker.
