Hey guys, I got a problem. Last week while drilling holes one of the blades on my Strikemaster LazerMag Xpress came loose and fell down the hole. Came home, put on a replacement blade, and same thing happened the next time i drilled holes. I realized now that the threads are stripped on the auger, and have no idea about how to fix this.

Are not the threads in the blades rather than the auger? Did you use new screws/bolts?

Had the same thing happen to me once, I now use blue loctite and lock washer on them.

This was my next option. Has your blades stayed on well since?

If the threads are stripped can’t you use a longer bolt and place a nylock nut on it?
