Lake Effect Snow….From Lake Pepin

National Weather Service in LaCrosse is reporting a lake effect snow from Lake Pepin this morning. What a crazy winter this has turned out to be. I read Lake Winnebago is mess too. Ice piled up to 8 feet high on the east shore and lots of open water on the west side.

Drive by everyday to work. Pretty sure only open water is ip by redwing or down by reeds landing…
