Ice Fishing with the family.

    There is nothing funner that fishing with the family. It doesn’t matter if they are biting or not, but they were biting today. Crappies were suspended over the deepest part of the basin. Active fish were well off the bottom wth inactive fish all over the bottom. To cut the amount of time it takes to set up I purchased a utility cart to carry all the heavy gear over the snowless gravel and grass. Worked like a charm.

    Kudos getting the family out. My wife has absolutly no intrest on being on the ice. I even offered her a sleeper house on Mille Lacs or somewhere….. Nice job!
