The other day… I mentioned to my wife that it may finally be time to add an AR-15 to the cabinet. At first… she said no. After explaining exactly what they were (not the big bad wolf they are being made out to be)… She didn’t say yes…. she said………..
“Well, then you should get 3 of them and train me and our daughter to use them too”….

I need some lessons from you guys. 
My wife is not opposed to me owning guns, but she just doesn’t understand the compulsion to own multiples. 
Haha. This is my 2nd pistol. I only see the need for one more in my aresenal. A .40 or .45 in a full size model. Just gotta wait on that.

That’s an option I thought about, but I don’t want to deal with the wrath when she inevitably finds out. I find it better to to just pester till she says, “Fine, just buy the damn gun, but I am buying [insert whatever she wants]!” 
My wife and I have an understanding. I don’t question her, she doesn’t question me.
Actually I have enough side gigs stuff I do to pay for my hobbies that keep her satisfied I’m not dipping too deeply into the “our” money account.
