    There are some relative point of views if you look through the comedy, I think. Then there are issues to take on what is not stated clearly.

    Give the tubes a serious look, then give your point of view input,,

    Not sure if i’m walking into the hornets nest,but I’ll reply I see the need for changes in the laws, the bottom line is the right to bear arms is set forth in the second ammendment. I have no problem with tougher backround checks, waiting periods, etc: what I have a problem with is somone telling me my fundemental rights, that I fought for and my friends died for no longer exist. The Costitution isnt a joke or a peice of paper to be taken lightly,It is what this country was built upon, sorry if this offends some people but it is what I believe.

    So would I if it would have changed the out come of just one of the mass shooting since Columbine.

    Why does any vehicle manufacturer make vehicles that can go faster than 70 MPH and sell them in MN ? Some of his analogies are way off…. for example, McDonalds hot coffee, can I sue McDonalds as being responsible, because somebody poured hot coffee over my head ? Definitely plenty to the left and right… I am stuck in the middle…AGAIN. Try to take my guns from me and you got a fight… try to take my AR15 & high capacity mags…. well, I guess I don’t have any of them He didn’t have much to say about LaPieres comments about good guy with a gun, stopping a bad guy with a gun… I am also betting that a principal I know, could shoot a AR15 wielding crazy with a bullet proof vest.. right in the head…

    Thanks for your comments BCK as I also believe this is a constitutional issue. But rather than citing 2A, I’ll stand behind the preamble,

    We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

    Notice there is no asterisk at the end pointing to a footnote that says, “Except for issues that could be interpreted to infringe upon the 2nd amendment”.

    After the words “insure domestic tranquility” there is no parentheses stating (as defined by the NRA).

    We have a problem in this country that is affecting our way of life and we need to solve it. The 2nd amendment was not established to stand in the way of it.
