Yahoo Search Engine

I have been using Yahoo as my main search engine for years. I was loyal. But now when you do a search it comes up with ad related sites instead of homesites for the item you are searching. Very irritating. Does anyone know if that is something I can adjust or should I just switch over to Google as my main search engine? Any others search engines recommended?

Are you still using Netscape as your browser?

    Same difference.

I’m a google fan, but I see more and more people using Bing all the time.

Google will give the top to or three spots to advertisers. They are marked as such if you’re looking for it.

They are all doing it now. Its like a switch was flipped. Google and Bing are the worst. Need a search engine that doesnt redirect me to a BS marketing site.

Try for Google because it is faster then and provide relevant data to the online user.

And they only present ads they know I’ll be interested in after gleaning info from my Gmail account!

You can use Bing, yahoo in mozilla or chrome browser also. But I think Google search engine is best.

I cought something from a particular website that was causing this. It took tech support a while to find the first time then evern harder the second time. I no longer visit the suspected website.
