Where to go???

    Looking for some help. Myself and 2 buddies are taking an annual fishing trip this weekend (Thurs-Mon). Originally were going to LOTW then planned on Red since that has been so hot this year. Sounds like things have slowed there as well now so we are looking for a good bite somewhere. Looking for either walleyes or panfish (crappies/perch). Willing to travel a ways from twin cities area. Mille Lacs? Devils? Any help?
    We have a 16′ wheelhouse so we can stay anywhere. Thanks.

    Mille Lacs has been hot with mostly big fish from what I have heard.

    Stick with the plan…
    I would bet that Red will be better, not that ML does not have fish but you will have to work harder and there is TONS of structure to cover on ML vs Red which is just a matter of covering “basin”.
