Fished Bitter Lake the past four days. I never saw a keeper walleye, but must have let go a couple hundred small ones. The perch fishing was amazing! Only fished until noon most days and caught 180 perch 11-13 inches. The ice was great 14 inches. Getting around the lake was easy.
Nice catch. I wan’t to take my Dad out there this weekend. Could you say where abouts you were? I don’t need the exact spot, but witch end.
On the south end of the lake if you have the lakemaster chip look for the deeper holes in the basin you will find perch. Sunday I was in the basin by goose island.
