31-21 Packers. Too many weapons on the Packer side. Big game and Rodgers loves domes.
December 28, 2012 at 12:05 am #1124546Currently the Pack are 3.5 point favorites. I would take that bet all day long. Only way the Vikes win is if it’s one of those “off” weeks for the cheeseheads. I just hope AP runs for 210 yards.

Nope, I truly believe the Packers will win and break the curse of the pug! Good luck with that.dld24Posts: 347December 28, 2012 at 12:43 am #1124562I like this, no one giving the vikes a chance…You look back at the Houston vs vikes topic and its the same thing and they kicked the shiznit out of the texans…I’m going to make a prediction I normally never would…We will be a balanced team ponder will play efficiently with ooo 210yds….matching AP’s yds for the day…vikes in the playoffs and AP wins a very much deserved MVP!!!!
December 28, 2012 at 12:53 am #1124565How much purple kool-aid did you drink today? At least cut it with Tequila so we know your not serious.
tbrooks11Posts: 605December 28, 2012 at 1:17 am #1124575Cutler? Cant tell if thats a joke or not, but i think you are on the wrong thread my friend! Oh and whoever said the packers wont play all starters the whole game is dead wrong, i will put my life on that one! Last year they rested for a week, and how did that turn out? not to mention, they also are locked in for a first round if they win
bigpikePosts: 6259December 28, 2012 at 1:37 am #1124579Here’s a copy paste off a ESPN blog. Pretty compelling numbers for the Pack:
The Green Bay Packers have won their past five games against the Vikings and 10 of their past 13. Two of those losses came in 2009, the first of quarterback Brett Favre’s two seasons with the Vikings. And don’t forget the Packers are riding the NFL’s longest active divisional winning streak (12 games).
Finally, quarterback Aaron Rodgers has a 115.5 career passer rating against the Vikings, having completed 71.6 percent of his passes while throwing 20 touchdowns and four interceptions against them in his career.

Might as well not even play the game with those trends.
Cmon Pug, we know better than that hence the phrase “that’s why they play the game” Once the ball is kicked off all the stats are flushed just like the Vikings playoff hopes

The stats don’t lie boys
The Packers are gonna stomp the vikings
December 28, 2012 at 12:59 pm #1124646Didn’t they sqeak by the Lions like twice this year ???
I say they will be so intent on stopping AP, that Rudolph will have a great day. Also, Ponder will run one in too It will come down to Walsh and Crosby… who you pickin ???
December 28, 2012 at 1:36 pm #1124654I agree Walsh will be a difference maker in this game. AP gets the rushing record. Pass the kool aid Vikes win!
December 28, 2012 at 2:07 pm #1124666It is clear the Packer fans havent watched either team play this year.
December 28, 2012 at 2:20 pm #1124669AP runs for 300 yrds on 6 carries and 3 TD’s, Rodgers throws for 600 yrds with 8 TD’s going 20 for 20, Chris Carter comes out of retirement to catch 12 passes for 200 yrds and 4 TD’s, Reggie White returns from the grave to have 12 sacks and two forced fumbles and the Pack wins by 7. After the game Rodgers thanks Favre on national TV for all his tutilage throughout the years on how to be a better quarterback.

Pack by 300.December 28, 2012 at 2:50 pm #1101309No question it will be a great game. It’s going to be close. I think the home field advantage is going to be a very big factor in the outcome. I suspect the dome will be rockin’. Key to the game IMO is our pass rush. If we can keep Rogers moving we have a chance. Either way, The Vikes will need to score at least 24 points to have a chance. I think they can do that.
December 28, 2012 at 3:05 pm #1124688Yep, dome will be rockin’
10,000 Packer fans
10,000 Vikings fans
5,000 pro football fans
Balance are there to be told when to cheer and to drink.
Rogers or Rodgers

One dimensional team vs the Packers defense doesn’t bode well for our horned friends of the northwest. I think the Vikings will trade AP. No sense getting him killed when he has so much value compared to the rest of the team.
I’m sorry, but you really shouldn’t start drinking before noon. Trade AP

I don’t care who ya’r that’s funny
But I don’t think Ponder has 4 passing TD’s in him

That is true Ponder is lucky to throw 1 every 5 games let alone 4 in one game. Maybe Percy Harvin will come back and quarterback our team to victory, or they will let Joe Webb come in and play a little toss with our receivers for a change.
