How to post video?

    So we made our first video today ,and was wondering how to post it for IDO to watch. Kinda fun we are using a contour roam with imovies for editing.
    I am new at this so elementary instructions would be great. Got the vid ready to go.

    That is the part I am nieve on. So I think I can figure how to put it on Utube , but how do you inbed it on here?

    I believe only the admins can actually embed a video. If you post it to YouTube and a moderator sees it, they may embed it for you.
