    I got hooked on this last year, does anyone know where a good spearing lake Elk River area? I want to go but can’t make up my mind where. Next weekend it will be Winnie. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

    maple lake isnt bad. also try little elk by zimmermen……..heards nords in there.

    whereyou going by winnie?????? 3rd river??????

    Would think just about any clear lake in the area would be good. White bear is a cool lake to spear. Fun to watch the muskies come threw but dont spear them. Lots of spear houses out on coon lake.
