From what I can tell they are using an ice house prize to help spread their popularity on facebook, it makes no sense for them to give it away to somebody who isnt on facebook.
Suppose your right, kinda reminds me of lowrance though, all gung ho to get ya, then leave in the dust once the product is bought.
