    Happy Holidays and a Very Merry Christmas to all our new friends, customers and campers.

    Since we took over the resort in late Feb of this year you all have been like new members of the family. We appreciate all your support and kindness.

    With that being said we will be closing the bait shop at 4pm on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day, this will be to spend time as a family and enjoy the Holiday with our 2yr old Jimmy.

    Please feel free to spend the day fishing if you choose and the launch will be our gift to you.

    We’ll have a bucket of minnows by the bait shop door, so help yourself. Try to take only as many as needed and leave some for the next guy.

    We will have the ramps in great winter conditions, but please remember to drain your trailers. There will be a bag of salt near the ramp in case they start getting icy.

    From our family to yours we wish you a very MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR….2013 WILL BE THE BEST YEAR EVER AT EVERTS!!!

    We have many new events lined up and will post more as the time gets closer, more family friendly events, Bbq’s and tournaments to bring the Everts family closer together.

    Who uses minnows on the river in the winter??

    Happy Holidays to you too Steve, Kari and Jimmy! You have been instrumental in keeping Everts Resort our favorite fishing destination…
    For me it has been 42 trips, and counting since 2002… Our oldest guy is 76 yrs old and we average almost 60. We cant thank you enough for accomomdating our fishing and living needs.

    BK…You are truly the “essence” of Pool 4 and Everts…and I don’t just mean odor, as in Secret #7…

    Iowa guys???? I never see no yellow bass in ER reports.

    Never been there but it is etched in my brain as a place to visit soon.

    I love it Blufloyd—humor BK and work in the same sentence!! He is behind the counter at Evert’s once in a while but unless you can count re-arranging the plastics wall so no one can find what they need I think BK is the master at avoiding work I think that is why he gave up on walleye fishing and switched to catfish—-walleye fishing can be work at times

    Steve, Kari, Jimmy, It has been my privelage to welcome you to the resort and get to know you guys. It is awesome to have people in there that care again and have made it a fun place to hang out, visit and listen the the BS!

    You guys have a Merry Christmas and enjoy the time spent with Jimmie! The little guy will make some great memories for you to for christmas! Time goes by so fast so take the time to enjoy it! He will be tallking back to you before you know it! LOL
