Good to hear Jeff DuBay on the radio again today. I always thought he was better then Paul Allen when he was at KFAN. Hope he has his addiction problems behind him.
He will be on all week with Zulgad at 9am till noon.

Great interview a few weeks ago on KARE11. I was like – Wow that could (or could have in the past) happened to me! The falling through a hole in the ice analogy is a good one!

Interesting that he is opposite PA on KFAN. Not a PA fan AT ALL so I will be switching to 1500. Hope he succeeds…RR

That beyond a doubt is some of the worse radio I have ever listened to in my life. Talk about sophomoric shtick, they were attempting to be like Bernard on KQ, only without any talent. Morris might be OK by himself but that crew he had with him was awful.

Star alone talking Vikings was interesting, lots of insight and he brought former Vikings to his show because of his connections. I agree they were not going to solve any of the world’s problems on that show. But I agree washed up wannabe rockstar Chris Hawkey and the other clowns don’t bring much to the table.
Tom Bernard sucks, talk about a “Debbie Downer”, every things sucks to that “Know It All”. I like Brian Zepp though.

Thanks for posting the link Jon. I agree an excellent interview. I was a listener to the PA-Dubay show and heard the crash on air. Glad to hear he has made progress, it will be a life long struggle.

I don’t wish anyone to have to recover from this addiction, but this guy had problems long before the crash.
I’m not on board with the well wishes, just wish he would have stayed away. He was a jerk long before his drug problems and its guys like that I don’t cheer for on the return.
Of course I hope he kicks his addiction, but I’m not rooting for a successful return to public life.

Ya I heard yesterday he was hired to work with Zulgad. Pretty funny that his time slot goes head to head with PA his ex partner.
PA’s “man love” show has reached the point of being unlistenable…
I would say the 2 worst sports talk radio guys in town are PA and Dubay… always were and are again now. Ugh~

Really??!!! The entire power trip morning show, and the 12 – 3 program with Dan Cole (aka the way less then common man) are way worse than PA. I’m not entirely sure why people don’t like PA. He has more insight into what is going on with the Vikings than Morris ever had. His bits get worn out a little, but he has the best guests and program on KFAN.
I wasn’t around for Dubay, so I can’t comment on him.

PA and his “Shtick” are just too much for me. He tries to say cute things, rhymes, big voice inflections…just annoying to me. Kind of like that obnoxious 3rd grade kid someone gave a mic to for the first time and he just won’t shut up.

Bingo, that sums up PA.
He wants to impress everybody on how hip he is. He should be a disc jockey on a teeny bop station, that he would be really, really good at.

Dubay sucks. He is unlistenable. How can a guy that stutters and stammers be a radio announcer? And he goes off on these childish rants and says the stupidest things. AND accuses people of doing EXACTLY what he does and rips them relentlessly. He is a jerk and a joke.
