I’ve enjoyed the show for some time but never was under the elusion it wasnt fixed.

Oh, and I was thinking last night Brandy looked significantly bigger….

and Brandy is sueing somebody for making a parody porn with her “likeness”. Let me guess, A porn vid made in a storage locker. Brilliant!

Like most reality T.V., I see it as “based” on actual events. Hester is an [censored] if ya ask me. Glad he’s gone.

I think Hester is so full of himself I almost of stopped watching the show just because of him. I think there could be bit of sour grapes there. I am sure he wanted millions for his presence on the show and the Produces said no and he said I’ll get you.I am glad he is gone.

It is “reality” tv, after all.

Like 99.9% of all “Reality Shows” are not real just SET UPS.! ..Its just BS TV.How about the REPO shows Bet thats all REAL, NOT. Its as bad as watching PRO WRESTLING… They must have ACTORS licenses. rrr

Barry isn’t dumb. He doesn’t buy lockers to make money, he’s got plenty. He buys it for the game.

Of course it is staged. How is it that each episode there is exactly 3 lockers up for auction. I seriously doubt any of them would be wasting their time with the chance they might go home empty handed.

If they do plant anything, the show is completely fake. I don’t think you can touch anything in an abandoned locker. I think you have to auction it off as is.

Are you saying you have seen how the TV show works or storage lockers in general ? A true abondoned locker for auction (in the real world) should of had nobody in it, other than the owner or anyone he let in. That or authorities with a search warrant…. if you know something different, I would like to hear it ???

Saw a clip from TMZ (was only flipping through channels… I don’t actually watch that crap)… THEY actually say that Hester is full of crap. Sounds like there are tons of laws that prevent the show from messing with lockers. Not only would the auctioneers lose their license, but all of the storage companies would lose THEIR licenses as well. They interviewed the auctioneers… and they said that, what you see on TV are ONLY the lockers that the cast members buy.. that an entire day of auction is happening and you only see a couple/few which are won by these few. Most lockers are won by other members of the public and the auctioneers have no control over who actually wins them.

If anything is staged… it would have to be stuff added AFTER the lockers are won. But not how Hester is claiming stuff is added before.

I am thinking “after” they buy the lockers, maybe producers look through and move things around and maybe “drop” things in there… I mean that would be one way they could be doing it, legally with a contract with the players/actors.

For someone who claims to despise reality shows, you sure know an awful lot about this one.

Here’s the thing: Yeah, there are other people who win lockers at these auctions, but didn’t you ever think it was fishy that every locker seems to have some kind of hidden treasure in it despite being filled with nothing but crap otherwise?

“Hey, look at this locker. Old clothes, old clothes, old clothes, old nudie mags, old VHS tapes, more old clothes. And here’s a Picasso, I’d better get this looked at. More old clothes, old clothes, etc”

Hester annoys the crap out of me. But on that note its like the heels on the fake wrestiling he plays the role well.

Now if you want some real tv Duck Dynasty is on each wednesday.

I’m glad he’s gone. He annoyed me to the point I quit watching it. The last one I watched everyone was commenting that they hate hester (obvious, who wouldnt?) then hester had the nerve to say “And you wonder why everyone hates you Darrel”. I turned it off. He’s so full of himself.

I have a buddy who runs a large storage facility. I think the way he had done the auction was after he gave the renter several notices and followed the laws, they would drag everything out and line it all up and have an auctioneer go through. He said now that every one knows about the storage war shows they just auction off the locker and make twice as much.

Kinda like a fishing show where all you see are the casts that catch fish. Not the many in between. Not much of a show if we just watch a guy cast and cast and cast…..
