    I purchased a ten year old home in St. Charles this summer that has a Bryant furnace without a Humidifier. The people we purchased the home from were Snow Birds and spent the winters in Alabama and never had the need for a humidifier. The FW says the house is to dry we need to install a humidifier and I agree. Can someone recommend an HVAC company in the St. Charles or Rochester area to call for estimates.

    I have had extremely good experiences with K & S out of Rochester. I’ve done my spring and fall pm with them, plus purchased both a furnace and a/c from them. Give them a call!

    Thanks guys K & S is coming out on Monday to install the new Humidifier
