Is it legal to fly a recording device over private property? Man, I wouldn’t think so.

I say good for them! Too bad they got the unit back, would have been even better on the wall of the shooter.

Folks head over to youtube and watch some of their videos. Better yet! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sC_zrGwaoMM&feature=g-hist Check out that video first. This is a serious issue and this SHARK fool just doesn’t get it. Sad to say he is originally from Minnesota too. I sent him an email letting him know I shoot animals in the face, then pull their guts out with my bare hands. He didn’t think it was as funny as I did haha. This whole group is coo coo for coco puffs! Subscribe to the channel for some good entertainment

Years ago I did my goose hunting SW of Rochester on the infamous goose line. Some new housing got started nearby, just inside the line. A woman would come out every morning with a bed sheet and run back and forth thru their yard with this sheet flapping behind her in an effort to spook geese away from us hunters. lol. She ran and waved her flag, we shot and killed the geese.

And one year a group of us landed permission to hunt an area archard. On the side of this orchard was a wildlife management area. A group of antis set up camp along the fence in the WMA and played boom boxes maxed out on volume, but when one of them came walking thru the orchard smoking a stoogie….well things changed a bit. After he quit bleeding and the sheriff arrived, they charged the idiot with trespassing and not having orange on while partaking in an outdoor activity where a big game season is underway.

We went 5 for 5 that morning by 7:30 in spite of all the extra distractions. Antis = idiots.

Scott: I watched the confrontation with the gun. That fellow should be in jail for at least Reckless Use Of Weapon Pointing and Aiming, Disorderly While Armed and if he can not carry a pistol Carrying A Concealed Weapon. If he was not charged with something like the above somebody is committing misconduct in office. I wouldn’t wait to dump this on the court , I would meet with the countyDistrict Attourney and ask that he be charged with the use of the pistol as he did. The look on his face was very close to pulling the trigger! Is he a part of some mickey mouse police agency ? How about Endangering Safety By Reckless Use Of A Weapon.

    I have two comments…

The field of view of that camera was very narrow.

I’ll pass on passing judgment on this one with the exception of the car chase.

I thought a couple 16 year olds would have hopped out of the suv’s.

Whatever the guy with the handgun was thinking, who knows? That is besides the point. I just wanted to show folks what this SHARK group really does. They harass people and that doesn’t fly with some folks. Having a gun pulled on me at point plank, I would reconsider my actions promptly! I don’t like animal activist groups but I’m not out video taping them and being a pain in the [censored] with their every move. The people at the pigeon hunts are not breaking the law. Mr potato head clearly said come on mother fuc8er. Really!? And who drives around like that for no good reason? SHARK group needs to chill out with their antics. In another video they go into a river with a boat. On the down range side mind you. The pigeon shoot is going on and the guy is taking bb’s. He makes it out to sounds like the people are shooting at him. Weirdos!

While pulling the gun seems like overkill… the guy chasing him around clearly has to be seen as a threat…. and no doubt the truck driver was wound up. Not making it the correct thing to do, but the entire situation was way out of hand. If you are going to be a complete idiot, and chase/ scare and try to Intimidate someone in that manner, soon or later someone is going to react and as far as I am concerned, you get what you have coming. He had a major rear-end kicking coming if nothing else.

So someone shot down their spy device with a rifle at a pigeon shoot?

Sounds like the lady that called the sheriff and told them we were shooting ducks with automatic rifles… some people just dont have a clue.

I didn’t choose sides. The conduct of the gun totter was with out excuse and deserves to go to jail to be tried for weapons charges. If that isn’t how you solve things in Mn. Have at it. it does explain a lot to me. I wouldn’t point a pistol at me. Nexttimeyou folks see that goof shoot him then you will learn how the law works. Don’t just”…………….

Guess it works that way in PA.

(I agree though. If the gun comes out there will be a need for an ambulance.)

Seems like a knuckle sandwich would have been a more fitting weapon in this instance.

Lets see, we have activists killing doctors at clinics and here we have an activist stalking someone, not so sure showing the weapon was legal or not, but I understand his concern about what the activist was doing.

There are some crazy people out there, including activists.

What’s worse? Anti-Hunters or Conspiracy Theorists?

If you want to see the anti-hunters in action in WI, check out the WI DNR Facebook page. The WI DNR has had a great social media presence around the deer gun season and the anti’s are posting up their crap on the pages.

    Disgusting!!
