    It was carve from bass wood. Very soft wood and a good wood to carve in.

    I guess around 25-30 hours. It’s,hard to tell sometimes because you work on it here and there and you lose track of time. The whiskers are 3M’s wire shrink rap. It work out prefect for me. Also the clam that is there is from a old button factory we had here in Cordova back in the 1800’s. When the river is down low you can walk along the shore and find them sometimes.

    No I just do it for family. I find it hard to sale stuff and maybe down the road I can lose my fear of doing it.
