    Anyone know of any resorts on this lake that the wife and i can spend a week fishing. Thanks in advance

    I am not sure that there are any working resorts left on the lake… But I would be happy to ask around. My bro is coming up this weekend and lives on the lake… perhaps he knows more than I on this one. There are many fine resorts in the 10 mile radius though…

    My aunt and uncle had a place on Shish for many many years and I was lucky enough to stay there quite a few times as a kid growing up. They have since passed on and I have not been there in quite a while but I was all over that lake and don’t recall any resorts on that lake.There was a pretty nice campground though.
    There WAS at least one resort on the lake back in the day but was turned into “condos”/sold off as 3 season cottages. Those were located right next to my A & Us place.
    LOTS of fond memories of that lake. Caught my first walleye and musky there also learned to run a boat on my own at 13 there. I was king of the world in those days. LOL
    I hope you find a place there as it’s a neat little lake.
