    announcement?

Brian Hoffies, a long time Ido Member and sometimes known as Dutchboy has partnered up with In-Depth Outdoors to promote his restaurant equipment business. We tossed around a few paragraphs for an announcement, but really Brian is well known in the Ido world and there’s not much more to say.

He runs his business much like his posts here on IDO. Up front and no surprises.

Please welcome A+ Sales to In-Depth Outdoors sponsor team!

PS Brian is having a sale on all sizes of Pots and Spoons!

I spent too much time at my other job to have bacon wrapped spam ready this morning. It’s going to have to wait for the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Al are you saying I’m shoveling and not scooping?

I’m not sure when Dutchy will be around to answer your questions. I know he was up late last night watching CNN’s coverage of the elections.

    Morning Al,

I will sell to anybody, you don’t need to be a restaurant or lodge. However there is a definite quality difference on the mid range to high end restaurant equipment. So if you are price shopping a stainless spoon at Walmart or Target they will be cheaper as they import everything. What I can do for the members here is cut any size and shape cutting board they may want for cleaning fish or their outdoor grilling. We buy the food-service grade nylon boards in 4′ x 8′ x 1/2″ thick sheets and can cut to your size requirements.

As far as a web site……….ahhh, it’s been a longgggg ongoing battle. I’m working on things as we can.

Brian Hoffies == Dutchboy? You guys know I am easily confused, right?

I wish I had more room around here. You sell any sausage making machines? I was watching Wisconsin Foodie this morning and watched a Polish brother making sausage. Made me dream.

Can you cut a hole in one end for scraps on a cutting board?

    Thanks for the plug Brian.

I have been coming here since the “fish the river” days and have always wondered how I can help support the site. Well, hopefully this works out for both parties! My main target here is of course the resorts and lodges you guys all fish & vacation at. Hopefully our company name can get spread around through this more non-traditional method of advertising by the members mentioning us. Also I know many resort & lodge owners lurk around the fishing sites so hopefully they see us.

My company is a small 4 person operation competing in the world of the mega giants. Because of that we need to work harder to survive. The business is based on 80% USED reconditioned equipment. We also sell new but the preference is used if we have it. My clients can rest assured that they will be satisfied with their equipment purchase or I will accept it back with no questions.

As we go forward here I will offer discounts to buyers who are members here. I also pay referrals if somebody sends me new business. But, that will all come out more in the future.

So, thank you for the warm welcome and hopefully this relationship can last for years to come.

Sure, do you have the board or do you need one? We often do boards a guy can lay over a trash can and slide the scraps right down the hole.

I’d get the board from you. If I could get one custom cut for the laundry sink, I might be able to keep more fish ice fishing, since I could fillet indoors without making a mess. Looking at 25″ X 24″ and/or 25″ X 48″. How much would that run?

They would come in handy for you guys that like to stir the pot.

Can you still call it an inside joke if you are the only one on the inside?

If you got the alloy number off your All clad and match it up to other brands you can save a ton. IE 1810

I don’t generally do outside work. If you PM me your location and make and model of the machine I’ll try and line you up with somebody who can do it.
