After taking my qUANTUM tOURNEY tRAIL BAITCASTER APART i realized that some of the bushings are bent. should i bend them back to straight or are they meant to be like that? i have had this reel for about 3 or 4 years.
You might be talking about drag components – and they are intended to be bent.
how would it effect the reel if they are slightly back straight? The problem i am having now is that the spool won’t totally fit in the “chamber.” This resulting in the side plate not going on. Any input on that?
Those small washers are “bent” bent intentionally to apply and release your drag. Leave them be…
