I was just talking about this with a co-worker.

We were discussing costs such as the suit, pod, research and development . Red Bull sponsoring it, man they got some cash to burn.

I know some people I’d like to have thrown from a plane at that altitude. Parachute optional.

Looks like it won’t happen today. Mission aborted due to wind gusts.

Waiting for wind to be below 2 mph. Sweet, that will never happen. This guy was supposed to do this last year and bailed because he was getting closterphobic in his space suit.

We know airplanes and rockets make a bang passing the sound barrier so what sound does a small object like a person make?

    PPPHH-T?

94,000 feet is nowhere near 28 miles…more like 17. He will jump around 24.
