I heard one today from this guy I know whos an engineer. Kevins this guys name and is a civil engineer and does charity work on the side for the organizations that can’t afford to hire it out, kids camps, charity organizations etc.
He told me he got a call from a company down in South Carolina about the front of a building that was sagging bad. He got on the phone and called the general contractor and he said the pillars that were holding up the front of this build were collapsing and the front of the building was about to fall. He got more information from the general contractor and told him to get some carpenters there and put up some temporary supports, and he said he’d be right down and took a plane there and went to the job site.
He said when he walked up to look things over there was a guy sitting there with a hardhat on and a dog on a leash in front of him. Never seeing a guy with his dog on a jobsite anywhere befor he asked whats the guy with the dog doing here. The general contractor said hes here to check and find termites. Kevin asked jokingly, the guy or the dog. The general said both. He then said you got to be kidding and the general said no that he wasn’t kidding.
The general then told the guy with the dog to go to the first support pillar and he did and the dog did nothing. He then said go to the next pillar and the dog sat beside the pillar and barked. The general then told the guys to take the pillar down and inside this pillar were thousands of termits.
I almost started laughing but knowing some things sound impossible and are true I asked kevin…FOR REAL! and he said… for real, and he wouldn’t have believed it if he wouldn’t have seen it. He said the dog can hear the termits clicking back in the wood, believe it or not. Think this is real because I still have my doubts but maybe its true? 
-my 13 wk old pup can smell a pile of deer poop 20′ off the road and be in it before I can yank the lead to stop her. And then- -wanna come up and give kisses
