About 11 months ago i had to put my dog THE MOOSE down she was 13 yrs old. So 8 months ago i got Lexi Von Strudel a pure bred german shepherd.What a great dog. Well today on her 1st birthday we find out that she has terminal kidney disease. Vet said not much time left. Im devestated, She is my best friend, loves the boat,doesnt like strangers. I just cant figyre out WHY, shes only a pup. Thanks i needed to vent.

That really sucks, hope you can enjoy her/him while she is still alive.
Enjoy as much time together as you can and may you wake to a miracle one day and all will be well.

My heart goes out to you. I had to put my Vizsla down Fri. before Labor Day. Had no idea there was anything wrong with her.Cancer in the spleen and liver. Shed tears for a week. House seems awful quiet with only 1 dog in the place. I am real sorry about losing your freind.
